The Floral Enigma

lolHello lovelies, this is Asmita here..That quote partially expresses what I would be doing on this blog, you all would definitely get to see my style and though I slightly contradict Rachel’s words..I am also going to have have some write ups here ,to give an overall better insight.

To start off with,my first post could not be better without something floral so there I am styling a pair of pink floral leggings with a red sleeveless long chiffon top which has quite a few intriguing patterns and hues of blue. Red and pink are two colours which complement each other effortlessly. Flowers being the most beautiful aspect of nature to look at,wearing them as prints on our clothing is as perfect as expected. Florals are all all about having fun with fashion and embracing the joy and romance of spring, perhaps that’s why the floral trend is gonna remain a classic for a while.

Every look is incomplete without the perfect bag,so I have taken a blue cross-body bag and keeping it simple.  I am a huge fan of cross-body bags as they do not give the extra baggage feel which is perfect for teenagers and college goers,on the other hand still adding the extra dimension to your outfit, as well as accommodating all your essentials in one place.

Last but not the least are the shoes, drawing reference from the style icon Marilyn Monroe’s words that” give a girl the right shoes and she can conquer the world”,which interprets that comfort level comes first. My look is completed with a pair of strappy open toe flats, which also provides the much needed bling.

The hair has been let down, tints of pink shadow on the eye and  vibrant orange lips are the finishing touches.

  1. I must say you’re going to be different of them all. First post and you’ve dared to do a print-on-print! Now that requires absolute G-U-T-S. Keep going girl. You’re going to rock!
